Sultm which translates as 'Hunger' is situated at The Danish Film Institute. The restaurant is suitably named after Henning Carlsen's famous screen adaption of Knut Hamsun's novel of the same name. Sult takes its inspiration from the classic Danish as well as French cuisine, and prices start from around 40 euros for a three course meal. Surroundings are airy and modern. The perfect place to dine before viewing an old classic Hollywood movie, or a modern art movie.

Posted by Wei, 03 March, 2008The Sult restaurant is awesome. From the location itself was so eccentric, to the food they served was amazing, to their staff - they treated us "customers" in a well mannered. This restaurant is the "next big thing".
