Spisebilletten ("The Meal Voucher") has its main clientele in the busy lunch eaters and shoppers of central Copenhagen. Situated near the main shopping street (Strøget) the serving is naturally efficient and friendly. But though Spisebilletten's speciality is lunch, you do not find sandwiches and burgers on the menu. No, the owners honour the old gourmet values and serve lunch dishes such as pumpkin soup, pork rillette and curry chicken. To the possible extent, everything from wine to raw materials are kept ecological and bio dynamical and prices start just under 10 euros for a salad and rising from there. The wine is from Chateau Passavant in Loire, and a scoop at the price!
