Informal International Climate Change Talks Go Nowhere

Last month, we informed you that negotiators from numerous countries would get together in Bonn for informal talks trying to iron out the agreement that will be the template used at the UN Climate Change Conference at Copenhagen, and promised to keep you updated on the results.
