The 23rd of June is a very special night in Denmark. Originally this is the day of the heathen celebration of midsummer and even today puppet witches are burned on giant bonfiresall over the contry to the sound of voices singing the Midsummer's Song. All around Copenhagen it is possible to hear prominent speakers bonfire speeches and enjoy the beautiful bonfires.
