The uttermost cute cinema of Copenhagen is situated in Absalonsgade on Vesterbro, far from the noise of the bourgeoisie in central Copenhagen. In Vester Vov Vov (the title of a Danish silent movie from 1927) it's possible to catch the films long gone from the bigger theatres – but mind – only the most excellent movies make it to Vester Vov Vov. The Repertoire is narrow and the movies of high quality and preferably European, and the bar personnel that serves the coffee as well as book the tickets for the shows, and their explicit enthusiasm rubs off on the visitors. There are no numberes seats in the cinemas, so if you want one of the authentic flight seats at the back, you will simply have to move quickly!
