Meet The Royal City Of Copenhagen
The Danish monarchy is based in Copenhagen, which is Denmark's capital. The government and national parliament are also based here. Though most people know the English name of Copenhagen, many don't know that it is derived from the Low German word Kopenhagen.
The city is linked directly to the city of Malmo in Sweden by the Oresund Bridge which allows citizens from both cities to commute both ways by car and rail every day.

Posted by Dinah, 03 March, 2008Copenhagen is such a warm city that I would never get tired of visiting over and over again. In fact, I made it my goal to atleast visit this city two times in a year.
